Sukkot Prayer Request – 28 August 2026 (5786)

This post is a Sukkot prayer request. It describes Nazarene Israel' position, role, and goal in comparison to other mainstream, profit-oriented ministries and asks followers to please pray for guidance and direction in the Kingdom work. Thank you for your prayers. Chag sameach and Shabbat shalom.

Sukkot Prayer Request

Dear brethren and friends,

It has been the greatest pleasure and the blessing of my life to be called to work for Yahweh, and to be able to work for Him as hard as I could these past 27 years. It has been my greatest joy to give all that I could to the cause of re-establishing the original first century faith, according to all that Scripture requires. I do not regret any part of that, and I do not regret any part of serving our people. Only, I have been heavily overloaded for many years now, and sadly, my health is no longer what it used to be. As the workload continues to increase, I can no longer keep up. I would therefore like to ask for your prayers that Yahweh will show me what He wants me to continue to do, and what I must let go of.

Health Factors:

Health

I found it very destabilizing in 5776 (2016) to learn that brother Judah prays for our deaths three times each weekday (in the Birkhat HaMinim). Perhaps it should not have been a surprise, but this has bothered my heart, to think of Judah cursing all of Joseph.

Then, last year (2025) I received death threats from Noachide Ulf Diebel, who works with one of the two Sanhedrin initiatives. I believe this was the trigger for the abnormal heart rhythms that I began to suffer last year.

Thanks to Yahweh I have veteran’s health insurance, and after many visits to the veteran’s hospital, my heart rhythm is 99% back to normal. However, there are times (especially under heavy workloads or other stress) when the heart still beats abnormally—and so I am scheduled for a relatively safe heart procedure (ablation) at the veteran’s hospital on 24 September. Father willing, this should stabilize the heart.

Lumbar

After a lifetime of scoliosis, my spine is worn out. So, after the ablation is done, I will finally be able to get my lumbar spine (low back) fixed (hopefully in late winter). Father willing, I trust that it will go well, but this also will take time.

Voice

Further, my laryngitis has not improved in about two months, so I must go next week to get that looked at. (Thank you for your prayers.)

Discipleship and Counseling Take Time.

Before we started the discipleship program and moved outside the US, I used to have more time for study. I was able to get everything done, and still get rest. However, genuine discipleship takes lots of time and coordination, and as the number of disciples has grown, my available time has disappeared.

Fleeing Babylon:

If you have read or watched Revelation and the End Times, you know that the USA is the land of Babylon of Jeremiah 50-51. The command is to flee from the midst of Babylon, and let each one save his life (Jeremiah 51:6)—so my goal was not only to obey this for myself, but also to find a place and a way so that others could come. However, this has not happened.

While life in Colombia can be less expensive in some ways, everything also seems to take much more time. While I am still trying to find such a pathway to help His people, the time it takes to get things done here also detracts from what I can get done for Yahweh and His people.

Limitations: Not Selling the Word.

Most “ministries” do not provide the kind of discipleship that Scripture says. Rather, what most “ministries” do is simply to sell or provide the information (and skip the discipleship). This is much more popular, because it takes much less time, effort, and commitment (both on the part of the ministers, and on the part of the people).

Information vending also allows “ministers” to raise funds and get known much more easily, because when you provide a resale margin, you tap into the worldly sales channels. The problem is that this short-circuits what Scripture says to do (while claiming to be what Scripture says to do—meaning it is Mystery Babylonian).

Sometimes people wonder what is wrong with this. The problem is that the people learn about Yeshua, but do not end up imitating Yeshua. Somehow or other, people get fed, but no global discipleship organization gets built like we see in Acts 2, 4, 6, 15, and 21. No elders or deacons get appointed in a lasting structural way, as in Titus1 and 1 Timothy 3. There is no foundation of apostles and elders (foundation of apostles and prophets) as in Ephesians 2 and 4.

It is easier to be a hearer of the word rather than a doer, deceiving ourselves. However, this does not obey Yeshua. It does not restore the conditions of Eden to the whole earth. It does not establish the kingdom Yeshua died for. (Rather, it is traitorous.)

Google and Search Engine Optimization.

As if all this was not enough, one of our biggest new challenges is that Google now has new rules for its search engines that favors mainstream content (because that is what most people want). Because of this, much to our dismay, we found that our 27 years of unique truth-content is often left out of Google’s search results, even when people search directly for the terms.

We have been working very hard to get our content to reappear in Google’s search engines, and it looks like Yahweh is showing us what needs to be done, but it also looks like due to Google’s new rules, this may take years’ worth of work. We have no choice but to focus on this, or we cannot get the word out.

We were thinking that all of our materials would have to be rewritten, but thankfully, this may not be the case. It may just be that some materials need to be rewritten, meaning I can continue to focus on writing new content for Judah and Ephraim. However, whichever way it goes, this is obviously a huge new time drain on what we can get done.

Prayers for Direction: Ezekiel 36 and 37

When I first got called to repentance and to service, I believed that because Yahweh was revealing His truths, He would give His people a heart to walk in them, and do them at the same time. However, now when I look at Scripture, I see that very few of His people ever have a genuine heart to do His word as He says at the time.

I don’t regret having gone “all in” with the hopes that His people would do likewise, but after years of trying to establish the Tree (Stick) of Joseph, I have finally come to realize that only a remnant of Ephraim comes home—and he does so as a mixed bag, because it is only after Yahweh brings us home that He cleans us up, and gives us a new heart, and a new spirit.

Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 36:24-29
24 “For I will take you from among the nations, gather you out of all countries, and bring you into your own land.
25 “Then I will sprinkle clean water on you, and you shall be clean; I will cleanse you from all your filthiness and from all your idols.
26 “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.
27 “I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you will keep My judgments and do them.
28 “Then you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers; you shall be My people, and I will be your Elohim.
29 “I will deliver you from all your uncleannesses. I will call for the grain and multiply it, and bring no famine upon you.”

Be Not Hearers Only

While there will be some blessed ones who come home in a pure state, it seems that the original faith will not be widely adopted until after we come home to the land.

Further, grievously, it seems like the vast majority of Ephraim will continue to be hearers-only, not helping to build Yeshua’s true kingdom—and thus they will not be part of the tiny remnant that comes home.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 10:21-23
21 The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob,
To the Mighty Elohim.
22 For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea,
[Yet only] A remnant of them will return;
The destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness.
23 For Yahweh Elohim of hosts
Will make a determined end In the midst of all the land.

I ask your prayers also for our people, that they will seek not only to get fed whatever “tastes good” to them, but that they will develop true hearts of love for Yeshua, to help Him get the kingdom He so richly deserves.

Prayer Request for Clarity and Direction

There are many more factors limiting my time (too many to list here). However, what all of this leads me to is to ask for your prayers for His direction. Specifically, if the demands on my time are greater than my ability to keep up, and if the demands on my time keep on growing, then what should I focus on?

Alternatives.

I can rewrite the existing books, reorienting them toward Judah and putting them in language that Google will find “authoritative” (thus achieving a higher search ranking). This is good, and I can make the information much more accessible now. However, this does not get the new book projects written.

Alternately, I have many more book projects that I want to work on (both for Judah and Ephraim). We can also have my assistant Rivkah rework the existing books, and I can move forward with the new book projects, oriented primarily for Judah (and also for Ephraim). This would be my preference, but it places an extraordinarily heavy load on Rivkah (who is already running as hard as she can).

Further, there is discipleship. We presently have elders (or elders in training) for Spanish, Portuguese, and French—but we have no qualified elder for English. I hate to drop back to “information only”, but until Yahweh provides a qualified elder for English, I am exceedingly limited.

What does Yahweh want me to do? I cannot do it all, and it has been years since I have had time for regular Scripture reading, and study, Hebrew, or rest.

Please would you pray that Yahweh would show me what He wants me to do? Because I have been trying to do my utmost to serve the body, but the present workload is growing faster than my ability to keep up, and I am long past the point of exhaustion.

Todah rabah.
