Brochot argued that utilizing AI in spiritual worship undermines human devotion, equates man-made software to living beings with souls, and reflects deceptive Hollywood narratives.

Scripture reserves the “breath of life” solely for Yahweh’s physical creation (Genesis 2:7). Applying modern tools like silicon-based processing to broadcast truth is analogized to Luke 19:40, where “the stones would immediately cry out.”
Spiritual Dimensions and Fallen Watchers
The presentation contrasts lifeless human technology with actual spiritual forces mentioned in Scripture and extra-biblical traditions. Citing commentary from Rav Ariel Bar Tzadok, the presentation highlights the distinction between human-made software and inter-dimensional entities:

Is believing a man-made computer program has life ‘idolatry’?
Yes. Attributing life, a soul, or spiritual essence to something fashioned by human hands mirrors classical biblical definitions of idolatry. Believing a machine is alive or possesses spiritual/demonic consciousness moves into Kabbalistic or esoteric misinterpretations rather than Scriptural truth.
Are those in Yeshua’s body to fear technology and other man-made ‘things’?
No. Followers of Yeshua are instructed not to walk in a spirit of fear. Technology is a tool created by human hands. While tools can be misused or associated with worldly systems, the technology itself is not something Believers are called to fear or treat as an unstoppable spiritual entity.
Does Benjamin Brochot teach what the Bible says about AI, or what he personally ‘thinks’, ‘feels’, ‘believes’, and ‘prefers’?
