“Mystery Babylon” is the twelveth segment in the Revelation Simplified series. In this segment, we explain why Hitgalut (Revelation) chapter 17 is an informational chapter which describes events falling between the Cup Judgments and Armageddon. We will discuss the important clues as to the identity and nature of Mystery Babylon, as well as the role of Satan’s Seat.
Mystery Babylon- An Esau-Roman system
First, we will define what the Babylonian system is, and why Yahweh says that it is fornication for His people to serve this system. We will see that it is a Roman-Greco, Esau, Democratic system, and that the three Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Islam, and Christianity) all serve this system, rather than centering their governments on Yahweh’s system.
Babylonian Beast system
Then, we will take a look at the Babylonian beast system. Specifically, we will see that there is one Babylonian beast system described in the book of Daniel and the book of Revelation. And how this Babylonian beast system has two halves, a governmental beast system (or a One World Order, One World Government), and a religious beast system (or a One World Religion).
Babylonian beast: a one-world government and a one-world religion
Hitgalut (Revelation) 13:1
1 Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name.
Hitgalut (Revelation) 13:11-12
11 Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon.
12 And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed.
We will also explain how the Babylonian beast system described in Revelation 17 is the same beast described in Revelation 13.
Hitgalut (Revelation) 17:1-3
1 Then one of the seven angels who had the seven bowls came and talked with me, saying to me, “Come, I will show you the judgment of the great harlot who sits on many waters,
2 with whom the kings of the earth committed fornication, and the inhabitants of the earth were made drunk with the wine of her fornication.”
3 So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman [state religion] sitting on a scarlet beast [Satanic UN-NWO] which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns.
Fornication, blasphemy, and abomination
We will see that Mystery Babylon the Great is a mystery because, while it appears like the worship of Yahweh, it is not really doing what Yahweh says to do. And that while each of the three Abrahamic faiths claim to worship Elohim, neither Judaism, Islam, or Christianity get everything right. Rather, each of these three faiths mixes what Yahweh says to do with their own commandments and traditions, thus committing fornication against Elohim.
Rev 17:5 And on her forehead a name was written: MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Babylonian system of Empires
We will also take a look at how the Egyptian, Babylonian beast system is all one system with a sequence that continues throughout history, until the Millennial rule of HaMashiach Yeshua. We will talk about all this and more in this video segment on Mystery Babylon.
