“Babylon Falls” is part 13 in the video series Revelation Simplified. In this segment we want to cover Revelation chapter 18 and the fall of Babylon.

Revelation Simplified Timeline

Throughout this series we have been talking about the Revelation timeline. In previous segments, we explained that the 7 trumpets correspond with the 7-year Great Tribulation period. The second half (or the last 3.5 years) of this Great Tribulation period is known as the Time of Jacob’s Trouble.

Trumpet 7: Heavenly judgment upon Babylon the Great

At the end of the Great Tribulation (at the end of the Time of Jacob’s Trouble) comes Trumpet 7. At this time, Babylon the Great is judged in the heavenly realms. The Kingdom is taken from her (Babylon the Great) and given to the Saints. (Again, this is judgment in the heavenly realms.)

7 Cup Judgments

After Trumpet 7 come the seven Cups of Judgment. The first 6 cups are poured out upon the earthly manifestations of the harlot. We have 3 unclean spirits like frogs ascending, and they go out to marshal the armies of the world together to Armageddon.

Great earthquake and Babylon’s fall

And then comes cup 7, which represents a ‘super earthquake’, so-to-speak. This super earthquake represents a gigantic shake-up in the societal and world order. This great shaking is necessary to happen in order for the entire Babylonian superstructure (which has existed long before Yeshua’s first century coming) to come to a fall.

What is Babylon the Great?

In order to understand the Babylonian system which will fall at Trumpet 7, we must first understand what Babylon the Great is. And to understand this, we will first talk about:

1. The divide between the house of Israel/Ephraim (the northern kingdom) and the house of Judah (the southern kingdom).
2. How the house of Israel’s disobedience to the laws of Moshe eventually led to all twelve tribes of Israel being taken into the Assyrian captivity in 722 BCE.
3. How at the end of the Assyrian empire, the lost 10 tribes of Israel migrated to Protestant NW Europe, and how this migration led to what the Great Falling Away.

The Great Falling Away

We will talk about how the migration of the Nazarene Israel faith from the land of Israel led to:

1. The headquarters of the faith went from its rightful place in Jerusalem to Rome.
2. The original Shabbat and feast days were changed to Roman-pagan days of Sunday, Christmas, and Easter.
3. This fulfilled the prophecy of Daniel 7:25.

Daniel 7:24-25 
24 The ten horns are ten kings Who shall arise from this kingdom. And another shall rise after them; He shall be different from the first ones, And shall subdue three kings. 
25  He shall speak pompous words against the Most High, Shall persecute the saints of the Most High, And shall intend to change times and law. Then the saints shall be given into his hand For a time and times and half a time. 

Rome and the Protestant Reformation

We will talk about how:

1. At the end of the prophetic “time, times, and half a time” [1,260 years], spoken of in Daniel 7:25, comes the Protestant Reformation.
2. The Spiritual headquarters for the Eprhaimites moved to Wittenberg Germany with Martin Luther, then to London, England, and then to the ‘new world’ in Washington D.C.
3. The Babylonian statue has two legs, which refer to an eastern leg and a western leg.
4. The correspondence between London, Washington D.C., and the Vatican.
5. How and why Democracy corresponds to the Babylonian beast system.

Babylon falls

After we understand what Babylon the Great is, we will then talk about what the fall of the Babylonian beast system means. Join us as we talk about Babylon’s fall.

2  And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird! 
3  For all the nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth have become rich through the abundance of her luxury.”
