The Matthew 18 Process: Part 1

This video on the Matthew 18 process is the first a two part subseries in the larger video series Set-apart Communities. In this video series, we have been talking about establishing set-apart communities in order to help believers survive the end times. As well as how to establish set-apart communities, why they are so important, and why Yahweh expects us all to belong to set-apart communities.

Now, there is no commandment to live in set-apart communities in Scripture, but it is one of those things that is just simply implied. It is one of those things, like the two houses of Israel or the ancient Hebrew wedding ceremony. If you do not understand the two houses, you cannot understand prophecy. And if you do not understand the ancient Hebrew wedding ceremony, you cannot understand what Yahweh is doing with His bride Israel in these last days. And, in much the same way, we are going to see that set-apart communities are one of those things that, although it is not commanded anywhere, is certainly understood in the context of Scripture.

In this first part of The Matthew 18 Process, we will explain what the Matthew 18 Process is and why set-apart community it is an important part of building Yeshua’s Kingdom and a part of pleasing Yeshua. So that when we go to the judgment we will hear “Well done, good and faithful servant”.

Global unity in Yeshua’s body

We will take a look at why unity in Yeshua’s body, around the original, first-century faith and doctrine is necessary in order to build Yeshua’s global, unified kingdom the way He wants it.

Mattityahu (Matthew) 12:25
25 But Yeshua knew their thoughts, and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.”

Amos 3:3
3 “Can two walk together, unless they are agreed?”

Israel: a house divided

We will explain how ancient Israel did not walk in agreement with Yahweh, and how this led to the nation of Israel dividing into two parts, the northern house of Israel (Ephraimites) and the southern house of Judah (our Jewish brothers).

Benefits of set-apart community

We will explain the benefits and the responsibilities inside set-apart communities such as:
1. Safety in numbers as Yeshua’s unified body during the end-times.
2. Spiritual edification among brothers and sisters in Yeshua.
3. Unified effort in building Yeshua’s kingdom around the true, original faith doctrine.
4. A set-apart community living according to Yahweh’s standards.

Matthew 18 Process

We will talk about how, even in the last days, Yahweh still wants us to walk in and edify one another according to His standards. And how this life of discipline is what the Great Commission and discipleship is all about. We will talk about what that life of disciple looks like and what it means to accept edifying correction, in order to be pleasing unto Yahweh and unto Yeshua our King.

Ephesim (Ephesians) 4:11-13
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Messiah,
13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Messiah

Ephesim (Ephesians) 4:16
16 …from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

We will talk about all this and more. And please be sure to also watch the following segment, “The Matthew 18 Process part 2“.
