The following text is a summation of the video dialogue.

Parasha Behar continues Two-House Genesis 35 Alliance dialogue. It explains about the Torah commandments for keeping the Shemitta/Jubilee, the Torah prohibitions against taking Israelite brethren as slaves, and the iniquities of both houses (Judah and Israel) that led to the Babylonian Exile, the Diaspora.

It also explains about Mystery Babylonian leaven hidden in the three measures of meal (or the three Abrahamic faiths), warns against feministic and Messi-Gnosticism ideologies, and encourages Yahweh’s people to enter through the narrow gate of the Original Faith (Jude 3).

Question of the week:

First, we address a question from a viewer from the previous week which stated that the ‘Holy Spirit’ is not a feminine, and referenced the Greek term ‘Sophia’. We will examine:

The Hebrew, plural form for ‘spirit’, which is a feminine plural, versus the Greek feminine terminology.

Shemote (Exodus) 35:21
21  Then everyone came whose heart was stirred, and everyone whose spirit was willing, and they brought Yahweh’s offering for the work of the tabernacle of meeting, for all its service, and for the set-apart garments.

Strong’s H7306
רוּחַ rûach roo’-akh
A primitive root; properly to blow, that is, breathe; only (literally) to smell or (by implication perceive (figuratively to anticipate, enjoy): – accept, smell, X touch, make of quick understanding.

1  Does not wisdom cry out, And understanding lift up her voice?

Strong’s Hebrew 2451

Strong’s Greek 4678|

From G4680; wisdom (higher or lower, worldly or spiritual): – wisdom.

Why it is important to enter through the narrow gate of the Original Faith (Jude 3), and to reject the leaven of Mystery Babylon, if we want to survive through end time events and return home.

Yehudah (Jude) 1:3
3  Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 10:22
22  “For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea,
A remnant of them will return; The destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness.”

The Greek term for ‘knowledge’ (gnosis), how the pagan goddess of wisdom (Sophia) is a center figure in Gnosticism, and how this Christian philosophical movement likely originated in ancient Rome and Persia.

Torah Portion

Shemittah and Jubilee

For the weekly Torah portion, we explain:

The Torah commandment to keep the Shemittah (the 7-year Sabbath cycle), and the 50th year Jubilee.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:2-4
2  “Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: ‘When you come into the land which I give you, then the land shall keep a sabbath to Yahweh.

3  “Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard, and gather its fruit;

4  but in the seventh year there shall be a sabbath of solemn rest for the land, a sabbath to Yahweh. You shall neither sow your field nor prune your vineyard.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:8-9
8  “And you shall count seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years; and the time of the seven sabbaths of years shall be to you forty-nine years.
9  Then you shall cause the trumpet of the Jubilee to sound….”

That the 49th year Jubilee is a incorrect doctrine. (For more details, we recommend our studies called “The Jubilee and the Shemittah“, and “Errors in the 49 Year Jubilee Cycle“.)

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:10-12
10  “And you shall consecrate the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants. It shall be a Jubilee for you; and each of you shall return to his possession, and each of you shall return to his family.

11  “That fiftieth year shall be a Jubilee to you; in it you shall neither sow nor reap what grows of its own accord, nor gather the grapes of your untended vine.
12  For it is the Jubilee; it shall be set-apart to you; you shall eat its produce from the field.

The purpose for the Jubilee, what Yahweh Elohim wants us to do for the Jubilee, and the Strong’s definition of the word ‘oppress’.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:13-14
13  “In this Year of Jubilee, each of you shall return to his possession.
14  “And if you sell anything to your neighbor or buy from your neighbor’s hand, you shall not oppress one another.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:17-18
17  “Therefore you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your Elohim; for I am Yahweh your Elohim.
18  “So you shall observe My statutes and keep My judgments, and perform them; and you will dwell in the land in safety.”

Strong’s Concordance H3238
יָנָה  yânâh  yaw-naw’
A primitive root; to rage or be violent; by implication to suppress, to maltreat: – destroy, (thrust out by) oppress (-ing, -ion, -or), proud, vex, do violence.

Prohibition against Israelite slavery

We will see:

How the written Torah commandments concerning the Jubilee prohibit any Israelite (of either House) from oppressing another Israelite, and that the commadment forbids taking another Israelite as a slave (or as a Noahide).

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:35-40
35  ‘If one of your brethren becomes poor, and falls into poverty among you, then you shall help him, like a stranger or a sojourner, that he may live with you.
36  “Take no usury or interest from him; but fear your Elohim, that your brother may live with you.

37  “You shall not lend him your money for usury, nor lend him your food at a profit.
38  “I am Yahweh your Elohim, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to give you the land of Canaan and to be your Elohim.”

39  “And if one of your brethren who dwells by you becomes poor, and sells himself to you, you shall not compel him to serve as a slave.
40  “As a hired servant and a sojourner he shall be with you, and shall serve you until the Year of Jubilee.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:45-46
45  “Moreover you may buy the children of the strangers who dwell among you, and their families who are with you, which they beget in your land; and they shall become your property.

46  “And you may take them as an inheritance for your children after you, to inherit them as a possession; they shall be your permanent slaves. But regarding your brethren, the children of Israel, you shall not rule over one another with rigor.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 25:54-55
54  “And if he is not redeemed in these years, then he shall be released in the Year of Jubilee—he and his children with him.
55  “For the children of Israel are servants to Me; they are My servants whom I brought out of the land of Egypt: I am Yahweh your Elohim.”

Keeping the ‘written’ Torah

Further, we will see that:

By keeping the written Covenant, we can expect Elohim’s goodness and protection from our enemies.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:3-10
3  “If you walk in My statutes and keep My commandments, and perform them,
4  “then I will give you rain in its season, the land shall yield its produce, and the trees of the field shall yield their fruit.”

5  “Your threshing shall last till the time of vintage, and the vintage shall last till the time of sowing; you shall eat your bread to the full, and dwell in your land safely.

6  “I will give peace in the land, and you shall lie down, and none will make you afraid; I will rid the land of evil beasts, and the sword will not go
through your land
.

7  “You will chase your enemies, and they shall fall by the sword before you.
8  “Five of you shall chase a hundred, and a hundred of you shall put ten thousand to flight; your enemies shall fall by the sword before you.

9  “For I will look on you favorably and make you fruitful, multiply you and confirm My covenant with you.
10  “You shall eat the old harvest, and clear out the old because of the new.

11  “I will set My tabernacle among you, and My soul shall not abhor you.
12  “I will walk among you and be your Elohim, and you shall be My people.”

Punishment for not keeping the ‘written’ Torah

And how, by not keeping His Covenant, we can expect Him to allow plagues, oppression from our enemies, and chastisements, so that we might repent and return to Him.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:14-17
14  “But if you do not obey Me, and do not observe ALL these commandments,
15  “…and if you despise My statutes, or if your soul abhors My judgments, so that you do not perform ALL My commandments, but break My covenant

16  “I also will do this to you: I will even appoint terror over you, wasting disease and fever which shall consume the eyes and cause sorrow of heart. And you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.

17  “I will set My face against you, and you shall be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you shall reign over you, and you shall flee when no one pursues you.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:18, 21
18  “And after all this, if you do not obey Me,
then I will punish you seven times more for your sins.”
21  “Then, if you walk contrary to Me, and are not willing to obey Me, I will bring on you seven times more plagues, according to your
sins
.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:23-24
23  “And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,
24  “then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins.”

Babylonian Exile

We explain:

How the iniquities of Judah forsaking the Sabbaths of the land (the Shemittah and the Jubilee) led to the Babylonian exile, and how some of Judah returned to the land after the 70 years (give or take) had completed.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:33-34
33  “I will scatter you among the nations and draw out a sword after you; your land shall be desolate and your cities waste.
34  “Then the land shall enjoy its sabbaths as long as it lies desolate and you are in your enemies’ land; then the land shall rest and enjoy its sabbaths.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:38-42
38  “You shall perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies shall eat you up.
39  “And those of you who are left shall waste away in their iniquity in your enemies’ lands; also in their fathers’ iniquities, which are with them, they shall waste away.

40  “But if they confess their iniquity and the iniquity of their fathers, with their unfaithfulness in which they were unfaithful to Me, and that they also have walked contrary to Me

41 “…and that I also have walked contrary to them and have brought them into the land of their enemies; if their uncircumcised hearts are humbled, and they accept their guilt

42  “…then I will remember My covenant with Yaakov, and My covenant with Yitzhak and My covenant with Avraham I will remember; I will remember the land.”

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:44-45
44  “Yet for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not cast them away, nor shall I abhor them, to utterly destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am Yahweh their Elohim.”

45  “But for their sake I will remember the covenant of their ancestors, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their Elohim: I am Yahweh.’”

Ephraimite Diaspora (punishment x7!)

And the prophecies over the northern house of Israel (Ephraim) for her iniquities, and how the punishment upon the northern house of Israel was extended due to her lack of repentance.

We will see how this corresponds with Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:23-24, and with Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 4:4-5, and why this matters for Ephraim today.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 26:23-24
23  “And if by these things you are not reformed by Me, but walk contrary to Me,
24  “then I also will walk contrary to you, and I will punish you yet seven times for your sins.”

Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 4:4-6
4  “Lie also on your left side, and lay the iniquity of the house of Israel upon it. According to the number of the days that you lie on it, you shall bear their iniquity.

5  “For I have laid on you the years of their iniquity, according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days; so you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Israel.

6  “And when you have completed them, lie again on your right side; then you shall bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days. I have laid on you a day for each year.”

Haftarah portion

In this week’s Haftarah (Prophets) portion, we dive deeper into the prophecies concerning the Babylonian Exile (Judah), and the Assyrian Diaspora (Ephraim, northern house of Israel), as seen in Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) chapters 25 and 32, as well as in Divre HaYamim Bet (2 Chronicles).

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 25:11
11  “And this whole land shall be a desolation and an astonishment, and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.
12  “Then it will come to pass, when seventy years are completed, that I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation, the land of the Chaldeans, for their iniquity,” says Yahweh; “and I will make it a perpetual desolation.”

Divre HaYamim Bet (2 Chronicles) 36:20-21
20  And those who escaped from the sword he carried away to Babylon, where they became servants to him and his sons until the rule of the kingdom of Persia,
21  to fulfill the word of Yahweh by the mouth of Jeremiah, until the land had enjoyed her Sabbaths. As long as she lay desolate she kept Sabbath, to fulfill seventy years.

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:1-2
1  The word that came to Jeremiah from Yahweh—in the tenth year of Zedekiah king of Judah, which was the eighteenth year of Nebuchadnezzar.
2  For then the king of Babylon’s army besieged Jerusalem, and Jeremiah the prophet was shut up in the court of the prison, which was in the king of Judah’s house.

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:6-7
6  And Jeremiah said, “The word of Yahweh came to me, saying,
7  ‘Behold, Hanamel the son of Shallum your uncle will come to you, saying, “Buy my field which is in Anathoth, for the right of redemption is yours to buy it.’”

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:13-15
13  “Then I charged Baruch before them, saying,
14  ‘Thus says Yahweh of hosts, the Elohim of Israel: “Take these deeds, both this purchase deed which is sealed and this deed which is open, and put them in an earthen vessel, that they may last many days.”
15  For thus says Yahweh of hosts, the Elohim of Israel: “Houses and fields and vineyards shall be possessed again in this land.”

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:37-38
37  “Behold, I will gather them out of all countries where I have driven them in My anger, in My fury, and in great wrath; I will bring them back to this place, and I will cause them to dwell safely.
38  “They shall be My people, and I will be their Elohim…

39  “…then I will give them one heart and one way, that they may fear Me forever, for the good of them and their children after them.
40  “And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from doing them good; but I will put My fear in their hearts so that they will not depart from Me.”

Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 32:42
42  “For thus says Yahweh: ‘Just as I have brought all this great calamity on this people, so I will bring on them all the good that I have promised them.’”

Brit Chadasha portion

Lastly, we take a look at this week’s Brit Chadasha (N.T.) portion in Luqa (Luke) chapter 13. We will see Yeshua HaMashiach’s warning that repentance is necessary for those who do not want to perish.

Luqa (Luke) 13:1-2
1  There were present at that season some who told Him about the Galileans whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices.
2  And Yeshua answered and said to them, “Do you suppose that these Galileans were worse sinners than all other Galileans, because they suffered such things?”

3  “I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.
4  “Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem?
5  “I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”

We examine:

The parable of the fruitless fig tree that did not produce, the lesson of what happens when Elohim’s longsuffering comes to an end, and how this is an important parable for Ephraim and the Messianic movement today.

6  He also spoke this parable: “A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard, and he came seeking fruit on it and found none.
7  Then he said to the keeper of his vineyard, ‘Look, for three years I have come seeking fruit on this fig tree and find none. Cut it down; why does it use up the ground?’

8  “But he answered and said to him, ‘Sir, let it alone this year also, until I dig around it and fertilize it.
9  “And if it bears fruit, well. But if not, after that you can cut it down.’”

Infotainment and fellowship

The need to beware of Mystery Babylonian doctrines (such as Gnosticism and Feminism).

Messi-Gnostic spirit, false doctrine, Mystery Babylon

The need to come fully out of Mystery Babylon, and to enter fully in through the narrow gate of the pure, unleavened, Original Faith.

Luqa (Luke) 13:18-19
18  Then He said, “What is the kingdom of Elohim like? And to what shall I compare it?
19  “It is like a mustard seed, which a man took and put in his garden; and it grew and became a large tree, and the birds of the air nested in its branches.”

Hitgalut (Revelation) 18:2
2  And he cried mightily with a loud voice, saying, “Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become a dwelling place of demons, a prison for every foul spirit, and a cage for every unclean and hated bird!

And the lesson of the parable of the three measures of meal (Luqa/Luke 13:20-21), how this leaven is found in the three Abrahamic Faiths (or the Black, Red, and Green horses of Revelation.)

Luqa (Luke) 13:20-21
20  And again He said, “To what shall I liken the kingdom of Elohim?
21  “It is like leaven, which a woman took and hid in three measures of meal till it was all leavened.”

THE Faith

Yehudah (Jude) 1:3
3  Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints.

“Master, are there few who are saved?”

Luqa (Luke) 13:22-30
22  And He went through the cities and villages, teaching, and journeying toward Jerusalem.
23  Then one said to Him, “Adon, are there few who are saved?” And He said to them,

24  “Strive to enter through the narrow gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter and will not be able.
25  “When once the Master of the house has risen up and shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and knock at the door, saying, ‘Adon, Adon, open for us,’ and He will answer and say to you, ‘I do not know you, where you are from,’”

26  “then you will begin to say, ‘We ate and drank in Your presence, and You taught in our streets.’
27  “But He will say, ‘I tell you I do not know you, where you are from. Depart from Me, all you workers of iniquity!’

28  “There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when you see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob and all the prophets in the kingdom of Elohim, and yourselves thrust out.

29  “They will come from the east and the west, from the north and the south, and sit down in the kingdom of Elohim.
30  “And indeed there are last who will be first, and there are first who will be last.”

We hope this study was a blessing and helps you in your walk with Yeshua Mashiach Nagid (Messiah Yeshua the Director, our perfect High Priest).
