The following are topics of discussion in the video.

Welcome. Parashat “Shoftim 5785 (2025): The Comforts of a Torah Government” explains how Torah government operates inside the land of Israel and how it operates outside the land of Israel, under the order of Melchi-Tzedek.

It also talks about end-time prophecies, examples of how both Judah and Ephraim break Torah commandments today, and how 10% of Ephraim will organize as Scripture says and be rejoined with Judah, while the other 90% of Ephraim will refuse, and die. We pray that you and your family may be of the 10% who take part in the consolations of establishing Torah government (i.e., surviving the end-times).

Introduction

Bearing kingdom fruit

Mattityahu (Matthew) 7:24-25
24 “Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
25 “and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock.”

Mattityahu (Matthew) 7:26-27
26 “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand:
27 “and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall.”

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 10:22
22 For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea, A remnant of them will return; The destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness.

Mattityahu (Matthew) 21:43-44
43 “Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of Elohim will be taken from you and given to a nation bearing the fruits of it.
44 “And whoever falls on this stone will be broken; but on whomever it falls, it will grind him to powder.”

From the beginning

B’reisheet (Genesis) 2:15

Judah’s curse on Joseph

Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 37:16-17
16 “As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: ‘For Judah and for the children of Israel, his companions.’ Then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, his companions.’
17 Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand.”

Building a nation for Joseph

“Rav X”, Jerusalem, 5764 (Paraphrase):
• Judaism requires the following things before they will recognize you as a people:
• You need a population with a well-defined body of belief, and an established government.
• You need a body of law and a way to manage disputes (courts).
• You need a single point of decision making, with designated judges and officers.

Shoftim: midrash themes:

• the principles and precepts of Torah government inside the land of Israel (order of Levi).
• How Torah government works outside the land (under the order of Melchi-Tzedek).
• Those who help to establish true Torah government will survive.
• 10% of Ephraim will survive, and
• 90% of Ephraim will die.

Torah portion

Two armies, four main roles in Israel:
1. King: head of the host and the temporal army (lawyers, guns, money). Fights wars and rules courts.
2. Priest: head of the spiritual army (altar, rituals, prayers, render judgment). Serves at an altar.
3. Prophet: hears from Yahweh & tells His words to the people.
4. Anointed Judge: combination of all three for special circumstances (shaliachim / apostles is a mix).

Torah Government in the Land

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 12:1
1 “These are the statutes and judgments which you shall be careful to observe in the land which Yahweh Elohim of your fathers is giving you to possess, all the days that you live on the earth.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 16:16 (Re’eh)
16 “Three times a year all your males shall appear before Yahweh your Elohim in the place which He chooses: at the Feast of Unleavened Bread, at the Feast of Weeks, and at the Feast of Tabernacles; and they shall not appear before Yahweh empty-handed.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 16:17 (Re’eh)
17 “Every man shall give as he is able, according to the blessing of Yahweh your Elohim which He has given you.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 16:18
18 “You shall appoint judges and officers in all your gates, which Yahweh your Elohim gives you, according to your tribes, and they shall judge the people with just judgment.”

Shemote (Exodus) 18:20-21
20 “And you shall teach them the statutes and the laws, and show them the way in which they must walk and the work they must do.
21 “Moreover you shall select from all the people able men, such as fear Elohim, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them to be rulers of thousands, rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.”

Astrological idolatry

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:2-3
2 “If there is found among you, within any of your gates which Yahweh your Elohim gives you, a man or a woman who has been wicked in the sight of Yahweh your Elohim, in transgressing His covenant,
3 “who has gone and served other elohim and worshiped them, either the sun or moon or any of the host of heaven, which I have not commanded…”:

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:4-5
4 “…and it is told you, and you hear of it, then you shall inquire diligently. And if it is indeed true and certain that such an abomination has been committed in Israel,
5 “then you shall bring out to your gates that man or woman who has committed that wicked thing, and shall stone to death that man or woman with stones.”

Torah government judgement

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:8
8  “If a matter arises which is too hard for you to judge, between degrees of guilt for bloodshed, between one judgment or another, or between one punishment or another, matters of controversy within your gates, then you shall arise and go up to the place which Yahweh your Elohim chooses.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:9-10
9 “And you shall come to the priests, the Levites, and to the judge there in those days, and inquire of them; they shall pronounce upon you the sentence of judgment.
10 “You shall do according to the sentence which they pronounce upon you in that place which Yahweh chooses. And you shall be careful to do according to all that they order you.”

Ma’asei (Acts) 15:2 (Ekev)
2 Therefore, when Shaul and Bar Naba had no small dissension and dispute with them, they determined that Shaul and Bar Naba and certain others of them should go up to Jerusalem, to the apostles and elders, about this question.

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:11
11 “According to the sentence of the Torah in which they instruct you, according to the judgment which they tell you, you shall do; you shall not turn aside to the right hand or to the left from the sentence which they pronounce upon you.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:12-13
12 “Now the man who acts presumptuously and will not heed the priest who stands to minister there before Yahweh your Elohim, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall put away the evil from Israel.
13 “And all the people shall hear and fear, and no longer act presumptuously.”

Mattityahu (Matthew) 23:1-3
1 Then Yeshua spoke to the multitudes and to His disciples, 2 saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moshe’s seat.
3 Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do, but do not do according to their works; for they say, and do not do.”

The king Yahweh chooses

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:14
14 “When you come to the land which Yahweh your Elohim is giving you, and possess it and dwell in it, and say, ‘I will set a king over me like all the nations that are around me…’

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:15
15 “…you shall surely set a king over you whom Yahweh your Elohim chooses; one from among your brethren you shall set as king over you; you may not set a foreigner over you, who is not your brother.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:16
16 “But he shall not multiply horses for himself, nor cause the people to return to Egypt to multiply horses, for Yahweh has said to you, ‘You shall not return that way again.’

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:17
17 “Neither shall he multiply wives for himself, lest his heart turn away; nor shall he greatly multiply silver and gold for himself.

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:18
18 “Also it shall be, when he sits on the throne of his kingdom, that he shall write for himself acopy of this Torah in a book, from the one before the priests, the Levites.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:19
19 “And it shall be with him, and he shall read it all the days of his life, that he may learn to fear Yahweh his Elohim and be careful to observe all the words of this Torah and these statutes,

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 17:20
20 “…that his heart may not be lifted above his brethren, that he may not turn aside from the commandment to the right hand or to the left, and that he may prolong his days in his kingdom, he and his children in the midst of Israel.”

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:1-2
1 “The priests, the Levites—all the tribe of Levi—shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the offerings of Yahweh made by fire, and His portion.
2 “Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; Yahweh is their inheritance, as He said to them.”

Witchcraft, soothsaying, sorcery prohibition

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:9-10
9 “When you come into the land which Yahweh your Elohim is giving you, you shall not learn to follow the abominations of those nations.
10 “There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, or one who practices witchcraft, or a soothsayer, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:11-12
11 “…or one who conjures spells, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead.

Devarim (Deuteronomy) 18:18-19

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:3

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:4-5
4 “Listen to Me, My people; And give ear to Me, O My nation: For Torah will proceed from Me, And I will make My justice rest As a light of the peoples.
5 “My righteousness is near, My salvation has gone forth, And My arms will judge the peoples; The coastlands will wait upon Me, And on My arm they will trust.”

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:11
11 “So the ransomed of Yahweh shall return, And come to Tzion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness; Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:12

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:16
16 “And I have put My words in your mouth; I have covered you with the shadow of My hand, That I may plant the heavens, Lay the foundations of the earth, And say to Tzion, ‘You are My people.’”

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:17
17 “Awake, awake! Stand up, O Jerusalem, You who have drunk at the hand of Yahweh The cup of His fury; You have drunk the dregs of the cup of trembling, And drained it out.”

18 “There is no one to guide her Among all the sons she has brought forth; Nor is there any who takes her by the hand Among all the sons she has brought up.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 51:23

Torah government and ministry of the word

Tehillim-90-Days-Wisdom

Yochanan (John) 8:31
31 Then Yeshua said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed.

Ma’asei (Acts) 1:6-7
6 Therefore, when they had come together, they asked Him, saying, “Adon, will You at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?
7 And He said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.”

Ma’asei (Acts) 1:8
8 “But you shall receive power when the Set-apart Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”

Ma’asei (Acts) 6:1-2
1 Now in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplying, there arose a complaint against the Hebrews by the Hellenists, because their widows were neglected in the daily distribution.
2 Then the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of Elohim and serve tables.”

First-century-Notzrim-sub-sects

Ma’asei (Acts) 6:3-4
3 “Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Set-apart Spirit and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business;
4 “but we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.”

Foundation of apostles and prophets

Ephesim (Ephesians) 2:19-20
19 Now, therefore, you are no longer strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of Elohim,
20 having been built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Yeshua Messiah Himself being the chief cornerstone,

Ephesim (Ephesians) 2:21-22
21 in whom the whole building, being fitted together, grows into a set-apart temple in Yahweh,
22 in whom you also are being built together for a dwelling place of Elohim in the Spirit.

Yeshua tree, foundation of apostles and prophets, order and organization, chief cornerstone

Order and bodily participation

Ma’asei (Acts) 6:2-3
2 Then the twelve summoned the multitude of the disciples and said, “It is not desirable that we should leave the word of Elohim and serve tables.
3 “Therefore, brethren, seek out from among you seven men of good reputation, full of the Set-apart Spirit and
wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business…”

Ephesim (Ephesians) 4:11-12
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Mashiach…

Why unity upon the original doctrine matters

Ephesim (Ephesians) 4:13-14
13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of Elohim, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Mashiach;
14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting

Ephesim (Ephesians) 4:15-16
15 …but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Mashiach—
16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.

Requirements for leadership

TimaTheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 3:1-3
1 This is a faithful saying: If a man desires the position of an elder, he desires a good work.
2 An elder then must be blameless, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, of good behavior, hospitable, able to teach;
3 not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money, but gentle, not quarrelsome, not covetous…

TimaTheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 3:4-5
4 one who rules his own house well, having his children in submission with all reverence
5 (for if a man does not know how to rule his own house, how will he take care of the assembly of Elohim?)…

TimaTheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 3:6-7
6 not a novice, lest being puffed up with pride he fall into the same condemnation as the devil.
7 Moreover he must have a good testimony among those who are outside, lest he fall into reproach and the snare of the devil.

TimaTheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 3:8-10
8 Likewise deacons must be reverent, not double-tongued, not given to much wine, not greedy for money,
9 holding the mystery of the faith with a pure conscience.
10 But let these also first be tested; then let them serve as deacons, being found blameless.

TimaTheus Aleph (1 Timothy) 3:11-13
11 Likewise, their wives must be reverent, not slanderers, temperate, faithful in all things.
12 Let deacons be the husbands of one wife, ruling their children and their own houses well.
13 For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Mashiach Yeshua.

Titus 1:5-6
5 For this reason I left you in Crete, that you should set in order the things that are lacking, and appoint eldersin every city as I commanded you—
6 if a man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having faithful children not accused of dissipation or insubordination.

Titus 1:7-8
7 For an elder must be blameless, as a steward of Elohim, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not given to wine, not violent, not greedy for money,
8 but hospitable, a lover of what is good, sober-minded, just, set-apart, self-controlled…

Unifying around the pure doctrine

Titus 1:9
9 holding fast the faithful word as he has been taught, that he may be able, by sound doctrine, both to exhort and convict those who contradict.

Titus 1:10-11
10 For there are many insubordinate, both idle talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision,
11 whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole households, teaching things which they ought not, for the sake of dishonest gain.

Vayiqra (Leviticus) 10:1-2
1 Then Nadav and Avihu, the sons of Aharon, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before Yahweh, which He had not commanded them.
2 So fire went out from Yahweh and devoured them, and they died before Yahweh.

Rebellion against Yahweh’s doctrine and order

Bemidbar (Numbers) 16:1-2
1 Now Korah the son of Izhar, the son of Kohath, the son of Levi, with Dathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, and On the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men;
2 and they rose up before Moshe with some of the children of Israel, two hundred and fifty leaders of the congregation, representatives of the congregation, men of renown.

Bemidbar (Numbers) 16:3
3 They gathered together against Moshe and Aharon, and said to them, “You take too much upon yourselves, for all the congregation is set-apart, every one of them, and Yahweh is among them. Why then do you exalt yourselves above the assembly of Yahweh?”

Modern-day examples of rebellion against the doctrine

[Spirit of Esav]’s retort:
“You are not going to be successful on a large scale until you realize that your ministry is not the end all be all of Yah’s work in the world. You need to get off your high-horse there partner, and lose the pride!”
“I am uniting many elders of Israel of different persuasions and different backgrounds and different walks of life, but I am doing so in humility. Your ‘my-way-or-the-highway-attitude isn’t going to work.”

“[The Spirit of Esav] thinks he’s going to build Yeshua’s kingdom without behavinglike Yeshua, or doing what Yeshua said.”
[Nasi’s assistant commentary]

Call for Joseph to unify upon the original doctrine and to fill their roles

Yehezqel (Ezekiel) 37:16-17
16 “As for you, son of man, take a stick for yourself and write on it: ‘For Judah and for the children of Israel, his companions.’ Then take another stick and write on it, ‘For Joseph, the stick of Ephraim, and for all the house of Israel, his companions.’
17 Then join them one to another for yourself into one stick, and they will become one in your hand.”

Yeshua tree, foundation of apostles and prophets, order and organization, chief cornerstone

May be found worthy to be a part of Yahweh Elohim’s obedient remnant.
In Yeshua HaMashiach, amein.

Yeshayahu (Isaiah) 10:22
