“Two House Dialogue: Successful Sanhedrin Mediation” shows developing communications between the Two Houses (Judah and Joseph/Ephraim). Follow the discussion between Sanhedrin Advisor Rav Yosef Edery, Nasi Norman Willis (House of Joseph/NI), and Mr. Ulf Diebel (Nation of Ephraim), as of 20 July 5785/2025. Please pray for continued progress toward the Genesis 35 Alliance.

**CLARIFICATION** When Rav Edery asked Norman if the overshadowing of Miriam was like “white magic”, Norman said yes only because he was trying to illustrate the concept. We do not condone or practice any color of magic here. (Rather, we pray, and Elohim causes things to happen as He wants.)

Introduction

Shalom and welcome to Nazarene Israel and the stick of Joseph. My name is Norman Willis, and we wanted to give you an update on everything that’s been going on behind the scenes.

We’ve been doing a lot of work on a new documentary Bible study series–and basically I’m taking everything I know and putting it in order, to help orient both Judah and Joseph to the Mystery of the two houses, and the soon-coming reunification.

Those of you who have been with the ministry for a while understand that we make much of Genesis 35:11, where we have a great nation Judah leading a company of Protestant Josephite Christian nations together in what we call the Genesis 35 Alliance.

You probably also know that we talk a lot about the Two Stick Unification of Ezekiel 37:16-16, where first you have the nation of Judah taking a stick (or an interim government) for himself, and then you have the house of Joseph taking a stcik (or an interim government) for himself! And then AFTER this happens, Joseph gets to come back home to the land! (Not before!)

Two house dialogue

Now we have talked about the details in other places, and we hope to discuss it in more detail in the documentary series, but many Notzrim ask very good questions about how we can support Judah even though he rejects Yeshua, and prays 18 times a week for our deaths! We hope to cover that in the documentary series!

But the point is that passages such as Yirmeyahu (Jeremiah) 30:18 tells us that “the palace shall remain according to its own plan.” And what that means is, Judah will survive Armageddon as a people, and Joseph will merge into Judah.

Now there’s a lot of details that need to get hammered out with that, and Joseph needs pure Tanakh, but I think what we are looking at with this video is the effective first meeting point between the two houses.

History recap

So, briefly for those who are not yet aware of the situation, I was called to repentance on June 6, 1999 (or 5759). The way it happened, I knew I was going to be giving the rest of my life to Elohim, so my question was, “What am I supposed to be doing?

So the first thing was I had to prove to myself from the Tanakh (or the Older Covenant) whether or not Mashiach had already come. And then after I had done that, the next question became, “What did Mashiach come to teach?

I kept comparing every ministry against the Renewed Covenant, and I couldn’t find one that did exactly what the Renewed Covenant said to do! So, I started writing about it! And then people started asking me questions. And then the next thing you know, I’m in ministry!

So, I found out about the Two Houses back in 5760 (or about 2000 CE). I came twice to Jerusalem for Sukkot, and decided I needed to move there, to find a way for Joseph to come home! So, I sold everything I had, and it 5763 (or 2003) I came to Jerusalem and rented an apartment and every three months I had to leave the borders! I talked to every rabbi who would talk with me about how to get Joseph to come home, but nobody admitted to knowing anything at all about Joseph!

There was violence, and threats of violence, and at one point I had to move out of the Rova, or they were going to burn me out! I finally left Jerusalem in 5765 (or 2005), when the Misrad HaPanim kicked me out for 10 years, for not having the appropriate paperwork!

So in the ensuing 10 years, I refocused on the Great Commission, because Joseph is supposed to be busy doing a big supporting work in the Dispersion!

Mashiach ben Yosef of 5776

In 5776 (or 2016), long story short, I was given a vision about how the Two Houses are supposed to come together, and then Judah starts up with this whole business of Mashiach ben Yosef, and I had no idea they were talking about me!

So, then they introduced themselves electronically. About scared me to death! Then they pretty much threatened me, and asked me if I wanted to play the role (but when they threaten you, how do you say no?) “So if any man will compel you to go a mile with him, go with him two!

Anyway, the 5776-5777 adventure was no fun! Communication could have been a lot better, to say the least, and the treatment did not feel respectful (and let’s just leave it at that).

Current dialogue

The treatment this time is vastly better!

So, most of you will need some background information, (and we are removing the older video which explained the prior situation).

But, briefly, there is another Ephraimite organization that teaches the need to reunite with Judah, except they teach the Bnai Noach program, and Talmudic primacy–meaning they self-identify as Ephraimites (or Efis), but they go by Talmud (rather than Tanakh).

The leader of that group (which calls itself the Nation of Ephraim) posted two YouTube videos regarding me, starting perhaps ten years ago now. Then he posted a comment on our YouTube feed a few months ago which got our attention, as it involves the setup of the Sanhedrin, and ultimately the Birkhat HaMinim! Because of that, I did some research, and saw that he was working with Rav Yosef Edery who is an associate with one of the two existing Sanhedrin initiatives.

It took us some time to find calm ground to work on, but I continue to dialogue with Rav Edery, and he’s been very helpful in terms of explaining key parts of orthodox Jewish doctrine that we did not understand, so that has been good.

We do not know Rav Edery very well, but our first impressions are good. He seems to be one of a few rabbis I have met who seem to try to take a genuinely humble approach. He doesn’t exalt himself, and he doesn’t yell! It is not, “I do not see a divine Messiah in Talmud, so you are a bad person–“. He doesn’t agree with everything, but at least we’re able to talk in a respectful manner, which to me at least is a huge improvement over anything that has gone before.
