Shabbat shalom, Nazarene Israelites.
1. PRAISE REPORTS, PRAYER REQUESTS, UPDATES: 25 October 5785 (2024)
a. Live broadcast update
About a month ago, we did a test-run with live English broadcasts on Shabbat. However, our internet was not stable, so we had no choice but to postpone the live broadcasts. We had hoped to restart within a few weeks, if Yahweh wanted it, but because time, money, and other resources are too limited, it seems best to us to cancel plans for live broadcasts and focus strictly on the necessities and priorities.
The harvest is enormous, and the workers are very few. Time is very limited each week, and with only a few dedicated disciples we need to balance the work so that we can provide you with the best, and continue toward the Great Commission goals of building Yeshua the kingdom He so richly deserves.
We thank Elohim for those who are supporting the work through their prayers, tithes, and personal time. Please continue to pray for us, that Elohim will provide the necessary resources for furthering His kingdom work (as there is a real work to be done, and the time is now).
We are sorry to disappoint anyone. If anyone wants to see us resume live broadcasts, please pray that Elohim will raise up support through His elect. We are praying for it, so that together we can give Elohim what He wants, as a people.
2. STUDIES:
a. Weekly studies:
Parasha Nasso: What Is The Nazirite Vow?
This Parasha Nasso 5785 (2024) midrash continues Genesis 35 Alliance dialogue for the reunification of the house of Judah and the house of Ephraim (Joseph). This week’s study is full of important topics as we explain the Mystery-Babylonian Democracy and why Nazarene Israelites should not take part in the Babylonian voting system, and the necessity to place sin outside the camp.
Parasha Nasso also focuses on how the written Torah of Moshe (the Covenant of Yahweh) teaches the Law of the Jealous Husband, the Nazirite vow, and the Priestly Blessing, versus how Talmudic-Rabbinic ‘Torah Law’ adds, takes away, and changes the commandments of Yahweh’s Torah.
We hope you will join us as we continue pressing forward on the need for Ephraim to unite in the Original Faith to form the stick of Joseph, and the need for both houses to forsake replacement theology and to return to the written Torah of Moshe (the Torah of Yahweh).

3. SABBATHS, NEW MOONS, AND CALENDAR EVENTS:
a. 7th month feasts:
11 March 2024 was Rosh HaShanah (the beginning of the Hebrew year). The new moon of the 7th Hebrew month was seen from Israel on the evening of 4 September 2024.
Yahweh’s feasts are officially over for the year. If you are new to the Torah Calendar and were not able to keep the feasts with this year, we hope to you will be able to keep them next year.
For more information about the Torah Calendar and news calendar updates, please visit Torah Calendar News 2024.
b. 9th Hebrew month:
The new moon of the 9th Hebrew month is expected to be seen from Israel on the evening of 3 November 2024. Confirmation will be made upon witnesses from Israel (or at the end of the 30th day of the month if the moon is not seen).
To understand why Nazarene Israel does not observe 8th month feasts, please see “Feasts of the 8th Month“.
To understand why Nazarene Israel does not observe the Jewish Rosh HaShanah (October 2024), please continue to section 3e (below).
c. Upcoming Discipleship Meetings:
All meetings are at 8 AM Colombian time (always UTC-5, but watch your Daylight Savings Time adjustments). The Discipleship Meeting is a discussion between disciples. It is generally 1-hour long but may run longer depending on how the Spirit leads. For more on NI’s description of discipleship, please see NI’s Discipleship program.
4 November 2024- new moon discipleship meeting (expected)
Note: If the monthly Discipleship Meeting coincides with the weekly Shabbat Meeting, the Shabbat Meeting will take precedence, and new moon discussion will be combined with the Shabbat meeting. However, in the case of a Feast Day Meeting coinciding with a Shabbat meeting, the Feast Day Meeting will take precedence.
d. Why the FirstFruits Torah Calendar?
Every year we receive questions about the Firstfruits Torah calendar and why it differs from Karaite, Jewish, and Messianic, and Equinox calendars. The different calendars that exist can (and do) cause a lot of confusion. But if we follow Scripture without adding or taking away from Yahweh’s word, we see that there are significant errors in the Karaite, Jewish, Messianic, and Equinox calendars.
We explain these errors in the following studies, as well as why it is important to follow the true Firstfruits Torah calendar in order to observe Yahweh’s feasts at His appointed times only.
Note: Some published studies may include dates for Babylonian calendars (5785/2024). It should be noted that neither the Hillel II Jewish calendar, nor the Roman-Greco calendar are the biblical Torah calendar of Yahweh, and that NI only updates these years for publishing and relational purposes. While the Babylonian years change accordingly, NI keeps the biblical Rosh HaShanah (new year) according to the Torah Calendar.
