Becca Biderman update: “There is a slim chance this will be a 12-month year. But a chance nonetheless. I did find an amazing amount of super young barley with heads from white to blooming to just beginning to tip their heads. Stay tuned. I’ll try to get a video up but don’t think it will happen today, likely tomorrow. Oh, the great thing about this area is there are no shepherds with flocks to eat the tender grains! At least not yet.”
